Mother’s Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. ground beef
• 1 egg
• 4 slices bread toasted
• 1/2 onion medium, chopped
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/2 onion medium, chopped

Instructions

1. Mix all meatloaf mixture ingredients. Form into a loaf shape and cook in 350 oven for 1 hour 15 mins. Let stand at least 5 mins before cutting.
2. Sauce: Sauté in meatloaf drippings. Add 1 cup ketchup and simmer for 5-10 mins. Top over slices.
