Mushroom Beef Patties - Part 1

Ingredients

• 1/4 ts Hot pepper sauce
• 1/2 ts Garlic powder
• 1 ts Dried basil
• 1/4 c Cheddar cheese shredded
• 2 tb milk
• 2 tb All-purpose flour
• 1 tb Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/2 c Half and half
• 1 lb Ground beef
• 1/4 c Dry bread crumbs
• 1/2 ts Pepper
• 2 tb Green onion; chopped
• 1 ts Salt; divided
• 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms sliced
• 5 tb Butter or margarine; divided
• 1/2 c Water
