Ground Beef and Venison Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 2 pounds Ground venison
• 1 1/2 Pounds Ground beef
• 2 Sleeves Crackers Finely crushed
• 1 Cup Ketchup
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 2 teaspoons Fresh ground pepper
• 1 Egg
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons Milk

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 425°(F) . Mix ingredients and shape in metal 9 x 12 in pan. Bake for about 45 minutes. You could make a glaze if you want.
