Salisbury Steak With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 pound Ground beef ground
• 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
• 2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
• 1 teaspoon Curry powder
• 1 Beef bouillon cube
• 4 ounces mushrooms
• 2 tablespoons Flour
• 1 cup Water
• 2 medium Onion

Instructions

1. Mix meat, salt and pepper and shape into 4 patties.
2. Cook mushrooms and onion in butter for 2 - 3 minutes. Blend in flour and curry powder. Add water and bouillon cube. Add meat patties and cook to desired doneness. Serve at once with mashed potatoes.
