Inside Out Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 c Uncooked long grain rice
- 1/2 c Choped onion
- 1/2 c Water
- 2 ts Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1 cn Stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 1 lg Green pepper, choped
- 1 c Cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown beef, drain. Transfer to a greased 2-qt casserole. Add the next 8-ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
